We are not a law firm, a medical practice or a Veterans Service Organization, and we are not VA-accredited attorneys, claims agents or representatives. We do not file, sign or submit claims for anyone, and we do not represent anyone before the VA.

Applying for VA benefits is free. You can file on your own through VA.gov, and accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representatives help at no charge. Find an accredited representative on VA.gov

No outcome is guaranteed. The VA alone decides every claim. A claim or review may not change your rating, and in some cases the VA can lower a rating. It must tell you first and give you time to respond.
