About GMAC

A veteran-founded company that helps Veterans understand the VA disability claims process and approach each stage with confidence.

Our mission

GMAC Veterans Consulting guides U.S. Veterans through the VA disability claims process. Founded and operated by a Veteran, GMAC gives fellow service members the knowledge and practical guidance they need to pursue the benefits they earned through their service.

The approach comes from lived experience: firsthand military knowledge and a practical grasp of how the VA system works, what to expect at each stage, and how to organize documentation clearly.

Glenn T. Macapagal, founder of GMAC Veterans Consulting

“During my time serving the country I love, I met a lot of amazing people and gained a wealth of knowledge about our Veterans services before and after retirement. It has now become a passion of mine to provide my services to the people that need it most, the Veterans of our amazing country.”

What GMAC does not do

GMAC is not the VA and is not affiliated with the VA. Not a law firm. Not a medical practice. Not a Veterans Service Organization. Not a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent, or representative.

We do not file, sign, or prosecute a claim, and we do not guarantee service connection, a rating, an effective date, or any other VA outcome. Veterans review, approve, sign, and submit their own documents.

Before you continue

GMAC Veterans Consulting is a private, veteran-founded company. We offer education and one-on-one consulting about the VA disability claims process.

We are not part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency, and the VA does not endorse us. We are not a law firm, a medical practice or a Veterans Service Organization, and we are not VA-accredited attorneys, claims agents or representatives. We do not file, sign or submit claims for anyone, and we do not represent anyone before the VA.

Applying for VA benefits is free. You can file on your own through VA.gov, and accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representatives help at no charge. Find an accredited representative on VA.gov

No outcome is guaranteed. The VA alone decides every claim. A claim or review may not change your rating, and in some cases the VA can lower a rating. It must tell you first and give you time to respond.
